This tall, leggy gelding is almost 14.2H as a yearling! With his excellent conformation and outstanding movement, and from a proven family of winners on-the-line and under saddle, Arturo is destined to be a winner in the show ring! Full brother to GOLD classified Rosina of New Horizons and the exceptional dressage mare, Reahna of Lilac Farms. Arturo’s sire is a two-time National Champion, four-time SIP Stallion of the Year, and the only SUPREME stallion in North American history! Rosie, Arturo’s dam, is an ELITE mare and a multi-champion at halter and under saddle and has consistently produced offspring with wonderful temperaments, outstanding trainability and rideability, and exceptional movement! Her offspring are all excelling under saddle, winning and placing at the top of their classes against warmbloods and other breeds, as well as Haflingers, on-the-line and under saddle!

This exceptional performance prospect is amazing in every way, and combines the best of both parents! Arturo has fantastic movement and outstanding conformation, with long, long legs, and a long, high-set neck. Like all of Rosie’s offspring out of Arno, Arturo is extremely typey, clean-bone and refined, and he has incredible presence and wonderful expression!

Arturo is growing like a weed, and with his long legs we expect him to mature to at least 15 hands. He is a beautiful red chestnut color, and he looks to have the same flashy movement as his older sister, Reahna, who is currently excelling in dressage, and was the Champion three-year-old and under mare in open classes against warmbloods at the 2010 BCHP Dressage Sport Horse Breed Show, and ribboned against the warmbloods under saddle at Dressage at Devon in 2011!

Arturo is registered with the AWS (American Warmblood Society) as well as AHR, and has his lifetime USDF registration.

In 2011 Arturo won second place in the open yearling colt/gelding class at the Dressage at Waterloo USDF Sporthorse Breed Show.

In 2010 Arturo was National Champion Pleasure Weanling Stallion/Gelding at the AHR National Show, first place junior weanling pleasure stallion at the AHR National Futurity, 2nd place weanling against other weanlings much older than him at the GHLA Futurity, and first place in the the weanling (colt and fillies) class and second in the $100 weanling/yearling class (all sexes at the New York Gold Haflinger Classic!

Arturo is currently for sale to an approved show home. Athletic, upheaded and flashy, with a wonderful sweet temperament, this one-of-a-kind colt is sure to make his mark in the show ring and as a future performance horse!
