Thank you for your interest in New Horizons Haflingers sale horses. Horses with the New Horizons (sometimes abbreviated NW_HRZNS) and Lilac Farms suffixes can be found from coast to coast throughout North America, including Alaska, Mexico, and Canada, and overseas in Italy and Australia. Since 2014 we have been blessed to have all of our foals offered for sale purchased in utero—often a year or two—and sometimes three years—before they are born. Our pledge is to offer 100% satisfaction to our clients. We would be happy to provide references from our buyers and other clients—many of whom have become close friends and who have purchased multiple horses from us—who can share their experiences purchasing horses from us with you.

New Horizons horses offered for sale are from world-class bloodlines–the best bloodlines in the Haflinger breed. Their dams and sires are proven performers themselves, and/or have offspring and siblings that are proven performers. Our mares have been awarded top honors from their breed registry, Westfalen, RPSI, and/or AWSSR, with some awarded Premium status (Westfalen and RPSI) Gold and Supreme status (AHR), based on their quality and the quality of their offspring presented at inspections. Our sale offerings are by GOLD and/or SILVER, ELITE, SUPREME and/or NATIONAL CHAMPION stallions, some of whom have also won AHR Stallion-of-the-Year multiple times and/or top honors through USDF, along with their offspring! As the 2017, 2016 and 2012 USEF Reserve Leading Breeder of Haflinger Dressage Horses, and 2015 and 2011 USEF Leading Breeder of Dressage Sport Horse Breeding Haflinger sport horses, our record proves that horses bred by us have the conformation, movement, athleticism, temperament, character, rideability and trainability to excel in sport horse performance disciplines against other breeds.

The inspectors’ comments for Stellar’s offspring at their Westfalen inspections consistently compliment them on their elegant, pretty type and their powerful movement, with walks that have good rhythm and stride (Rafinja scored a 9 on walk), uphill trots with swing, elasticity, and active hind legs that reach well underneath, and balanced canters. Out of all of the breeding age mares by Stellar presented to Westfalen NA thus far for breeding approval, all have been entered into the top mare book, several have been awarded Premium status and two have been site inspection Champions! Additionally, Stellar has sired numerous foals that were awarded Gold Premium status at their RSPI inspections and Premium status at their Westfalen inspections, several with overall scores up to 8.2 and individual scores to 8.5, with multiple foal champions. And, Stellar’s foals presented to Weser Ems were awarded Premium status in 2018 and 2019, and his second offspring ever presented to AHR was awarded GOLD in 2018 at her inspection and classification!
